Nick Willocks is a business executive known for his ability to architect organizational structures and develop market-building strategies. He differentiates himself in the marketplace by having a broad range of experiences ranging from CEO to sales and technology development.
Nick and his partners from Hire Quest, LLC founded Hire Quest Resources (HQR) in 2013, a first in the Information Technology Staffing Franchise Model. In the 4 years since its inception, HQR has seen consistent growth serving Healthcare Organizations and Consulting Firms across the US.
Prior to founding HQR, Nick has served such diverse organizations as McKinsey and Company and University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) and Symphony Corporation. Nick served as the President of CombineMed, a joint venture between the UPMC and CombineNet (SciQuest) – a leader in technology to optimize purchasing power. Nick led the organization’s global business strategy serving both US based hospital’s and the National Health Service in the United Kingdom by developing integral partnerships and building a green-field operation for the go-to-market strategy within the healthcare industry. CombineMed is now under exclusive license with The Advisory Board. Prior to CombineMed, Mr. Willocks was a senior executive at UPMC, where he served as the Chief Executive Officer at Incline Healthcare Solutions, a UPMC For-Profit subsidiary. In addition, Nick serves on the Board of Directors at Actuated Medical a global medical device manufacturer, he remains on the advisory board of Symphony Corporation and serves as a Board Member of the Rainbow Kitchen, a local Pittsburgh food bank.
He is a graduate of the University of Colorado with a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration. He and his wife Debby make their home in Pittsburgh, PA.
Rich has over 30 years of Healthcare Information Technology (HIT) and Operations experience in both the healthcare provider and HIT vendor environments. He has served as Vice President of Clinical Services Operations and Nursing/Medication Administration Solutions at McKesson Corporation.
Rich also created and led the National Implementation Services organization at Allscripts/Eclipsys. Rich also served as Chief Information Officer for two major urban healthcare organizations; one of which was a Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care facility (NYC Health & Hospitals). In addition, Rich was Vice President, Support Services at Dearborn Advisors, LLC (a healthcare consulting firm).
Sam moved from NYC to Florida four years ago. He’s a results-driven sales executive with more than 30 years of sales leadership experience in the software, consulting, information technology, and medical device fields within the Healthcare Provider Market.
In the span of his career he has developed expertise in relationship management, team building/leadership, and client services acumen. He has a very successful track record of consistently delivering quality services to ensure his Customers achieve their objectives for improved performance while ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Sam enjoys playing golf, boating and spending time with family and friends.
Troy Hendrixson is a principal with HQ Resources (HQR). Troy has 25 years of experience in Healthcare IT, working with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Prior to joining HQR Troy was a partner with a small staff augmentation firm based in the mid-west. Troy brings to HQR a vast number of Hospital/Client relationships where he has provided strategic guidance and counsel in the past. Troy works out of Birmingham, Alabama where he enjoys spending time with his children and is an excellent tennis player.

Alicia is an executive with over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She has held a variety of leadership roles in sales and account management, with a successful track record improving clinical, operational and financial results for her clients.
As a trusted adviser, she utilizes her experience in information technology and consultative services to help her clients find the best solutions driving the most value.
Some of her experiences include running sales for an industry leading healthcare research consulting company, leading and growing a $350M+ healthcare business unit, focused on the US provider and GPO markets, and managing/growing highly visible strategic key accounts. She has also built best in class practices and go to market strategies for major corporate account programs, and developed national and global sales strategies, resulting in unprecedented growth.
Alicia enjoys exploring a variety of creative outlets including drawing and painting. She loves spending time with her family and friends, and has a great appreciation of nature, staying active and being outdoors.
